| The
Creative Health Center was formed by Dr. Jayam Krishna Iyer to
provide specialized care to the chronic pain patients not only for the healing
of their chronic ailments but also to promote better health. Patients must be referred by their physician. We welcome patients who wish to work with the physician to determine the cause of their pain and participate in a comprehensive medically-directed program to manage their pain and to stay in their optimal state of health. The Creative Health Center utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to diagnosis, treatment and management of the pain and wellness. The Center recognizes that chronic pain is a difficult, complex medical issue and that a specialized dedicated facility is the most effective means for addressing these important pain management issues. Patients are seen by appointment only; Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT Time spent at the Center depends on the nature of the disorder and the amount of professional time required to assess and treat the patient. New Pain Patients should anticipate a stay of about one to two hours. Follow up visits will be scheduled depending on the nature of their treatment. FEES AND INSURANCE Professional fees at the Creative Health Center are determined by the amount of time spent with the patient, the medical difficulties and/or technical skills required for your particular problem. The Creative Health Center office staff will be glad to discuss insurance coverage with you and answer your billing questions to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding |
